Enjoy the convenience of keeping an eye on the kids or visiting with friends while you whip up gourmet meals. - Insta-pot, toaster, blender, food processor and spices provided. - Dishware, flatware, serving platters included. - Coffee makers: Drip, Keurig, and French press - Coffee grinder and essential kitchen supplies (trash bags, paper towels) **Bedrooms & Bathrooms:** Our home boasts 4 comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, ensuring a restful stay: - The spacious primary bedroom features a handmade pine lodge pole bed, an ensuite bathroom with a 2 vanities and a large, walk in shower with dual showerheads, and a Smart TV for late-night relaxation. - The middle bedroom has a queen bed, Smart TV, and a desk with a printer for remote work needs. - The main bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway. - Two additional bedrooms feature queen beds and share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combo. **Additional Information:** - Driveway parking available for up to 5 cars. - RV or trailer can be parked in designated areas—please inquire for details. - This single-story home requires 1 step to enter, primary bedroom has 3 steps, steps off laundry room to enter garage. - Pool is open year round and is not heated. **Wildlife Note:** Wildlife such as snakes, coyotes, and javelinas may be present. What to know about our cameras: All outdoor cameras are motion-activated and record video and sound. Front Door: A doorbell camera monitors the front entry. Driveway: The driveway and parking area are monitored by a camera mounted on the front exterior. Side Yard: A camera is positioned to view the side yard. Pool Area: For your privacy, the pool area camera is always turned off when guests are in residence. No cameras are ever located inside any guest-accessible areas of the home. A single, motion-activated camera is located in a private, locked owner's supply room.
